Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by assisting customers in a helpful and friendly manner with their purchases.
  • Generate revenue by identifying various sales opportunities
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn those prospects into customers
  • Create and build trust-based relationships with existing and new customers
  • Build and present compelling and customer-centric proposals
  • Strong knowledge of various types of Outdoor Plants, Ground covers, Shrubs, Trees and Palms
  • Aim to achieve monthly targets

Qualifications and Experience

  • Horticulture/Agriculture (or equivalent) Degree holder from a recognized and accredited University
  • Minimum 2 years related sales experience within the MENA region (UAE experience preferred)
  • Sales experience in areas related to the horticulture or landscaping sector, either from a retailer, nursery or consultant
  • Strong contacts with landscape contractors, architects, developers and consultants in GCC/UAE
  • Proven track record for setting budgets and achieving margins
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • UAE driver’s license preferred (GCC license holder will also be considered)
