Responsibilities:

Lead and manage landscaping projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget goals are met.

Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and team members to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.

Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Requirements:

Masters/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or similar fields.

Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in project management within the landscaping industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage competing demands effectively.

Valid UAE driver’s license, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Understand client’s expectations and ensure that project deliverables align with them.
