- Prepare and finalize contract documents, attend post-contract meetings, and ensure timely collection of bonds, insurances, and warranties.
- Monitor project budgets, prepare cost-to-complete (CTC) reports, and carry out cost-value reconciliation to keep management informed of project performance.
- Conduct site visits for measurement, prepare interim and final valuations, and follow up on payment certificates and client payments.
- Detect variations and changes to the contract in liaison with the project team and prepare, submit, negotiate, and follow up on variations.
- Liaise with project team and head office staff, attend meetings, and support all commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction or landscaping.
- Civil Engineering Degree/ HSN in Quantity Surveying.

- Compare and negotiate suppliers’ quotes to select the most competitive options for rate build-up.
- Prepare and compile cost estimates, ensuring the full scope is covered or properly qualified.
- Attend pre- and post-tender meetings and prepare value engineering (VE) bids.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape estimation.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering from a recognized university is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software (Candy CCS, AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
