- Preparation, submission & liaising of work inspection request, material inspection, method statement, and corresponding QA/QC logs
- Inspection of contractors and subcontractors work on site and present the report to the client for approval.
- Performs QA/QC checks, audits, and reviews, identifies non-conformances, and takes preventive and corrective actions
- Monitor the progress of work and report the status of completion of the official inspections
- Verify the quality of site activities and ensure they are in accordance with client requirements/project specifications.
- Maintain the necessary close-out documentation as per project requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in MEP/Civil Engineering from a recognized university preferred
