Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage landscape construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget goals are met.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and team members to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience required.
• Experience with DM projects will be added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage competing demands effectively.
• Valid UAE driver’s license, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Understand client’s expectations and ensure that project deliverables align with them.
