- Study of tender documents, i.e. contracts term and conditions
- Study of tender drawings and requirements to establish cost
- Identify the bid requirement both technical and commercial to prepare a compliant bid
- Correspondence and coordination with specialized sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain quote for works
- Prepare and combine the cost estimate. Ensure the full scope is covered or proper qualification is included
- 5 years’ experience in estimation of swimming pool/landscape works
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Estimation from a recognized University
