Plan, develop and execute most effective and comparative negotiation tools with suppliers and vendors to conclude the best market deals, prices and services.

Develop stronger and wider supply chain/ vendors and seek new suppliers based on best price, quality, availability, reliability and technical support.

Constant monitoring of market changes and track latest trends/ innovation, new materials, techniques, new products that could add value to the project in terms of price, program and build ability.

Ensure the most cost-effective methods of acquiring goods necessary for the smooth functioning of the business.

Min 15 – 20 years of experience in Procurement, with 5 years in Procurement Manager role.

Experience in building construction is a must; landscape and swimming pool construction experience is preferred.
