• Plan, organize, and provide supervision for the daily operations and activities in assigned projects 
• Oversee the daily organization, utilization, and reporting of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment on site
• Review the project scope of work and plan activities as per the project plan
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
• Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed, and materials used are in line with project specifications and quality standards  
• Manage Cash Flow Requirements for the Projects and monitor resources time, money, equipment 
• 4 years of experience in Landscape construction, experience in swimming pool works is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• UAE Driving license is a must
