- Plan, organize, and provide supervision for the daily operations and activities in assigned projects.
- Oversee the daily organization, utilization, and reporting of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment on site.
- Review the project scope of work and plan activities as per the project plan.
- Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
- Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed, and materials used are in line with project specifications and quality standards.
- 5 – 6 years of experience in Landscape construction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- UAE Driving license is a must.
