Coordinate with the head office QA C department to monitor material submittal logs.

To be aware of the material submittal process and compliance statement and submission to the consultant/client for approval.

Participate in the weekly meetings and provide all the required data to the admin/planning engineer to be
incorporated into the weekly report.

Preparation, submission & liaising of Work Inspection request, Material Inspection, method statement,
corresponding QA/QC logs.

Inspection of contractors and subcontractors work on site and present the report to the client for approval.

Performs QA/QC Checks, audits and reviews, Identify non-conformances and take preventive and corrective actions

Monitor the progress of work and report the status of completion of the official inspections.

Production and implementation of project specific “Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)” in line with project
specifications.

Verify the quality of site activities and ensure they are in accordance with client requirements / project
specifications.

Maintain the necessary close-out documentations as per project requirements.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Bachelor’s Degree in (Horticulture /Agriculture/Irrigation/MEP/Civil) Engineering from a recognized University preferred.

Extensive knowledge of Golf course and landscape projects is required.
