As part of our aggressive growth strategy to solve the world’s lifestyle needs, we will prepare you with the necessary skills to excel in our dynamic culture.  The only criteria is for you to be passionate, ambitious and dedicated to completing a rigorous development plan with the purpose of preparing you, a future leader, to manage existing and future Desert Group businesses.

As part of the program, you will be assigned to a specific discipline of the business where 60% of your 52 week program will focus on learning the management, financial and operational functions of that unit.

The remaining 40% of the program is structured for you to rotate through all of the remaining departments so you gain an understanding of the interdependencies that exist among the departments so you develop critical thinking skills that will prepare you for making sound business decisions.
