• Study of tender drawings and requirements to establish cost
• Identify the bid requirement both technical and commercial to prepare a compliant bid

• Prepare and combine the cost estimate. Ensure the full scope is covered or proper qualification is included
• 5 years’ experience in estimation of swimming pool/landscape works
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Estimation from a recognized University

• Foreman - General/Civil/ MEP (Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape or swimming pool construction.)
• Chargehand - Civil/MEP (Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape or swimming pool construction.)
• Chargehand - Softscape (Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar role.)

• To plan, organize and provide supervision for the landscape and irrigation maintenance/construction operations and activities in assigned projects.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients and team concerning plant choices, sourcing, work methods, the use of equipment and techniques and the analysis of results.
• Build and maintain client relationships, creating a positive impression and demonstrating a proactive attitude.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction and maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering.
• UAE Driving License is a must.

• Preparation, submission & liaising of work inspection request, material inspection, method statement, and corresponding QA/QC logs
• Inspection of contractors and subcontractors work on site and present the report to the client for approval.
• Performs QA/QC checks, audits, and reviews, identifies non-conformances, and takes preventive and corrective actions
• Monitor the progress of work and report the status of completion of the official inspections
• Verify the quality of site activities and ensure they are in accordance with client requirements/project specifications.
• Maintain the necessary close-out documentation as per project requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in MEP/Civil Engineering from a recognized university preferred
